D-seryna

D-seryna jest aminokwasem występującym w mózgu, który aktywuje typ receptora neurotransmiterów zwanym NMDA. Receptory NMDA biorą udział w tworzeniu nowych synaps, które są ważne dla uczenia się i pamięci. Jest pochodną d-glicyny oraz stanowi neuromodulator, co oznacza, że reguluje aktywnośc neuronów.  Dodatkowo D-seryna jest koagonistą receptorów NMDA, co oznacza że polepsza działanie innych związków, które wiążą się z receptorem. Te związki obejmują m.in glutaminian i samą NMDA.

Dawkowanie

Sugerowana dzienna porcja do spożycia: 5 miarek dziennie.

1 płaska miarka (0,5ml) odpowiada 460mg produktu.

Nie należy przekraczać sugerowanej dziennej porcji do spożycia. Zalecane dziennie spożycie (ZDS) nie zostało ustalone.
